WHY DO WE REALLY HAVE TO TAKE OVER A SOCIETY? Part One

You see this world is so full of people who are always trying to push others out of their own office come what may. The most ridiculous thing is that these people almost always go about their assignment with a kind of focus, with an attitude, even with good intentions that can be proven sometimes. They are not wrong and they are not right .The fact is that, they are just there and they are themselves. The strategies discuss here can save your business, political status , company and more; from going intro the hands of competitors. These are overthrow strategies that must be learn for anybody interested in governance or leadership and management of any trade, business, city, nation, and more.In the first place, what exactly is this taking over of a society?

You see, when we are talking about taking over a society; what we are saying is that; we are adopting the principles of transformation. It is the art of effecting positive change in that society, business, nation, or place. We were created to be creative. We are change agents by callings.There is a lot that we can give to our generation. We will always have something to offer. So taking over a society is becoming useful to other people and our own self. It is to become relevant, resourceful. Not just becoming wealthy, and powerful in the society. But the art of making a difference right there.

However, what do you really think about this thing called take over plans? Is it really worth it? What are the opportunities involved? What do we stand to gain when we take over a society? What are the reasons anybody will want to do that? Could it mean that it is for a power drunk with perverted heart and wrong reasons? Do people have to attempt the act of taking over businesses, state, nation and more? When they attempt to take charge of a company’s management, leadership in any community or in any nation, what do they stand to gain?

The answers are not far fetched. When people take over a system, they take over a people. When they take over a people, they gain authority. They gain influence, wealth and are able to impact people’s lives positively. We also save the societal wealth,assets , morals,norms, culture ,heritage and more from going down the drains when these things go into wrong hands. We save privatization from ending up with wrong people who will not use those properties and assets for good purposes.

There are some other good reasons why we need to be there when people want to sell their properties. There are good reasons why we need to be positioned rightly when there is a bid on any property, company, and corporation. There are good reasons not to shy away from deals, contracts, negotiation and so on. There are good reasons why we must be assertive and not shy away from negotiation tables even when we don’t really have that liquidity,when there is no handy cash, when there are no actual money requested for the possession of the property.

In situations when that money required for acquiring a property is not handy; all we have to do is to just hang in there. We need to be standing by, hanging in there and showing seriousness. Why? because by just sticking out our necks as if we are really interested in the deals until a favorable time;something positive may happen. By hanging in there until the ready people who are with the cash at hand comes around to buy up such property. We may gain something nonetheless. There are certain possibilities that could happen there. They can either hire us to work with them and be a part of the dream.We may even be given a contract to refurbish or renovate the place for the buyer. They may even recruit us to work with their team and more. It is also possible that they may not hire us in the worst scenario but in some other instances they may prefer to settle us and allow us go our own way. They may want to compensate us by the reason of being there all through the process. Both the buyer and the seller will be seeing us as agent in such case. So by being there till true buyers comes around, we may be given some amounts of money as settlements from the deal for being a part of the process.

Apart from the fact that there is money involved in taking over businesses, properties and more. We can even get to meet with more influential people who are also going upwards in journey to success. The reason being that, the place of networking cannot be overemphasized in this life. When we meet the right people who makes the world goes round; we are moving upwards , we are getting there gradually.
